The Garage at Charles Plaza is located five blocks away from the Inner Harbor.

Where is the paystation located and what are the accepted payment methods?

There are two pay stations located near the Charles Street entrance that accept cash and major credit cards. The exit lanes are also equipped to accept credit cards.

If I have a bicycle that I ride to work, can I store this in the garage?

Yes, we have a bike rack secured to the ground by the exit.

What are the operating hours to this facility?

The Garage at Charles Plaza is open 24/7/365.

Am I allowed any re-entries in this garage?

Re-entries are for monthly parkers only.

Monthly customers can park anywhere that is not marked “reserved” unless that is their assigned space.

How do I use my monthly pass or “Sticker.”

You swipe your pass at the entrance and exit.

How do I cancel or update my monthly parking account?

Instructions on how to cancel or update your monthly parking account are available online when accessing your account. 30 notice is required to cancel monthly parking.
